Return & Exchange Policy

At Bravlon, we prioritize transparency and strive to provide clear guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for our T-shirt products, except in the following circumstances:                                                            

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged T-shirt, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

  2. Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an incorrect T-shirt due to an error on our part, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or provide a refund if preferred.

  3. Size Discrepancy: We understand that selecting the right size can be challenging. While we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, if you have concerns about the fit of your T-shirt, please refer to our size guide before making a purchase. If you receive a size that significantly differs from the one you ordered, please contact us, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
